About Sandra

As the VP of People and Culture for SeaCoast Health Systems, Sandra brings thirty years of experience in several different areas of human resources. Her experience includes but is not limited to administrative support, contract negotiations, human resource law, creation of policy and procedures and benefit administration.

In her current role Sandra specializes in creating a positive work culture throughout SeaCoast communities. She uses her experience to motivate employees to help create a culture that fosters a healthy and prosperous work environment.

Additionally, Sandra has extensive experience in payroll and accounts payable where she processed a 600 person payroll as well as payroll taxes and year end procedures. As accounts payable support Sandra was responsible for processing payments to vendors as well as reconciling accounts.

Sandra began her career at what was then University Village Retirement Center in 1990 as a receptionist and quickly advanced within the community by showing a high level of skill and determination. Sandra currently hold an Associates degree in Business Management and a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification.
